NYC :: the lovely Marrakesh

103rd & Broadway. for my tastes, the neighborhood lacked… excitement. but an ideal base when quiet and was solitude was needed.

the space– dimly lit and brightly painted. boarding house-narrow hallways. the thick insulated curtains on my window opened up to a brick wall. ideal for the overall mood. :) the requisite shot from the toilet — what it lacked in square footage it made up for in hue and saturation. the bathtub — no, kiddos, no trick of the lens here. that IS the size of it. a perfectly miniaturized tub, suitable for a relaxing squat.

the room and bed were quite comfortable.
